We are using a base as template, which has some automations. I’ve noticed that when the base is duplicated all the automations become disabled. Is there a way to enable all automations on base duplication?

No, that is not possible.

And do you know if there’s any way to manually enable all automations, instead of going one by one?

I don’t think that is possible, either. You may want to submit these as feature requests to support@airtable.com.
