Hello!
I'm new here and new to Airtable, but I was looking for some help if it's possible 🙂
I have a table with bookings and I want to run an automation at the beginning of every week that groups all the upcoming bookings that are relevant to each individual person in the bookings, to send them an email with an overview of all their upcoming appointments.
It's easy enough if I do it for each booking individually, but then one person might receive 3 emails with each booking which I am trying to avoid.
I have been playing around with the Find Records function in the automation, where I can create an array of all the upcoming appointments for the week but I don't know how to dynamically find and group the records based on the persons name. At the moment, I just have a list of all the bookings.
Is this something that is possible in Airtable? and how can I go about it?
Thanks for your time!

I think that @AlliAlosa's demonstration on this Airtable podcast episode shows how to do what you're looking to do.
