How do I create/update a record in Airtable via Integromat?

Hey friends
I want to perform such automation in Integromat (MAKE) ->
1. A lead enters via a webhook from an Elementor form.
2. A check is being made as to whether the same lead exists in my system based on 2 parameters:
Once by email -> not found?
Going to check the phone.
3. If the lead exists -> it is updated according to what I choose.
4. If the lead does not exist -> it is created.

how can i do that Something seems wrong to me in how I work with it.
