I am currently on the team free trial plan do I need the business plan to email non-collabaorators? I am trying to email every person I have on a table with the same email is there a way to bypass this through other services?

Hello,
The "Send an email" action works fine with any mail adress on team plan.

sorry I meant that when I try sending an email to someone who doesn't have the base it says I can't send an email to non collaborators

Sorry,
I assumed that you were trying to send email through an automation.

I am trying to send it through an automation but the problem was that I kept getting an error saying that I couldn't send an email to non collaborators but I found a solution through sending through gmail I think. I had an automation send an email to multiple people but it wouldn't allow me as it said they were non collaborators but since my project only involves people with gmail I instead sent it through gmail and it allowed me to mass send to the people in my tutors table through their emails. I still need to test it though so I am gonna get some of my real friends email to try it out.

Yeap sending it via the Gmail or Outlook automation actions is a good workaround for the issue you're facing

You mentioned that you are on the free-trial of the team plan. The free-trial has several limitations that the full team plan does not have.
As Adam mentioned, using the Gmail or Outlook automations to send emails do not have the same restriction on recipients. They also have the advantage of not having Airtable branding. Using Gmail only requires the sending account be a Gmail account. You can use the Gmail email action to send emails to any email address, including non-gmail addresses.
