Is there a way to check a date constantly on airtable and if the date has passed label that record as missed?

I want to display a field taken from one of my records from my fillout form but I want to make it uneditable. I am using the form to update already made records but I want to display a field but make it uneditable. Is there a way to do this? 

I was trying to set up an automation that after 5 minutes of a scheduled date and time in a record email the person of the record but I can't find that option in the automation list.
