I want to create a form with pictures in every question. From what i can see this is not currently an option in airtable forms. 

What would be the best, ideally free, way to do this? I need the data to end up in Airtable - I know i can build the form in Google Forms, but I am not super tech savy when it comes to automations>

There are multiple ways you can achieve this.
As we know Airtable doesn't have a default field for the input choice as the picture.

• Form Use Case
  You can use a fillout form to set that form. It supports input choice as the picture. Check more details of All Field types

  • Fillout has a direct Airtable integration so you can use and customize it based on your use.

  • You can also use JotForm If the Fillout choice field is insufficient. In JotForm there are lots of different choice-related fields. Image Choice 

  • You can also use Google Forms.

• Automation Integration For Handle Form Submission.

  • You can use Make OR Zapier to accept a form response, process it, and then save the result in different tables.

  • Using these Automation tools you can set and get information and then send it to Airtable.

Try to use fillout with its default integration of Airtable. Otherwise, use other tools.

I know it sounds a bit complex structure but all the tools are tested properly, So you just need to set these things up only one time and then it will work automatically.
