I am wondering if it is possible to create an automation where a pool of 10 freelance job candidates are prioritized according to distance from an added Japan Postal Code, and then emailed one after another with a 24 hour deadline to respond if available or not for the job. So if Candidate #1 marks himself as unavailable, then the system would then email Candidate #2. If the entire automation is not feasible, how far could the automation be taken? Would it be possible to do with a free Airtable account? Thank you.
