I have a send email automation set up to email purchase orders to people in the company. I have a department correspondant cc'd on the email based on the department of the purchase order. When I received the email both my name was in the "to" email and the "cc" part of the email.
Only the person in the company should be on the "to" part of the email
the department correspondent should only be on the "cc" part of the email
The department correspondent was on the cc and to part of the email but the airtable settings only have the department correspondent on the "cc" of the email automation

Hmm, and I take it the automation run history also shows that only the department corresspondent's email is in the "CC"? If so, I'd recommend opening a support ticket about it!

Yes the automation run history shows my name only in the "CC" and the person in the company in the "to" but the email doesn't come in that way.

Glad I found this post. I came here searching if anyone else was having the same issue.
The To: fileld and CC: field are reversed in the outbound emails.
