Does anyone know if there is a way to do the following:
Say you have a customer that orders 5 items, you have each item as a record and then the customer in a different table with the email address. I would like to trigger a button to start an automation to email a customer with the grouped 5 orders tagged to that customer. Thank you!
Yes absolutely. To keep it as simple as possible, you'll need to prepare your Base with tables including, Customers, Products and also Orders - of which the orders table will (hopefully) forever grow, and will contain the details for the Find Records action in Automations to collect the matching records for the out going email.
