Sending automation email at special hour

Hello ! 

I would like to create an automation - sending an email to a member of my team - the day after he finishes his stay. 

I've created an automation when "ending date" is "tomorrow", then send an email.

However, they receive the mail at midnight. I would like that the mail arrives around 7pm the day after. 

Do you know how to automate that ?

I'm sure there are more elegant options, but...

If you add a new formula field, say "email date" with the formula 

"DATEADD({ending date}, -19, "hours") and change the trigger on the automation to look at the new field I believe it should work.
