I’ve been wrestling with an email automation for a little while now. In the standard body of the email I have three links:
I learned and corrected how to sidestep the ‘_’ problem where it was turning prefill URLs into italicized messes that weren’t clickable. I’ve also made sure everything that needs it has the ENCODE_URL_COMPONENT in the URL formula.
So, I’m not getting an error in the field, when I run tests in the Automations tool, it shows the link as clickable, but when a client receives the link it is turned blue, as if it is a link, but is not underlined or clickable. Then the other two links, which work essentially the same way, are underlined and clickable. Any tips on how to fix this problem? I wouldn’t be here if I hadn’t taken some time to try to resolve it on my own.
