Hi,
I’m using a webhook to import data collected in SurveyCTO (mobile data collection platform) into Airtable. I’ve recently received error message “Rate limit exceeded”. I’ve tried deleting any inactive webhooks in my base and SurveyCTO but error persists.
Anyone else experience this and what could be the cause?

Welcome to the community, @Lameez_Alexander! :grinning_face_with_big_eyes: Is this error coming as part of the response from your webhook request, or is it an Airtable-generated error?
Most APIs have limits regarding how frequently requests can be made, or how much data can be retrieved within a given period of time. It sounds like one (or both) of those issues might at play here. Review the API documentation for SurveyCTO to see what their limits are.
