Hi all!
So I've read quite a lot of articles in here and I can't find what I am looking for.
I created 4 tables in my base :
- Activités (Activities)
- Tâches (Tasks)
- Sous-tâches (Subtasks)
- To Do's
Here's how my base works :
- In Activités, all our shows are listed and gets one of the following statuses (Confirmé / Option / Supplémentaire)
- Tâches contains our main tasks and Sous-tâches contains the subtasks. Both are linked.
- To Do's, would be used to create the lists of tasks. There is a link to the table Activités.
Base on these informations, here's what I would like to achieve by using an automation :
- In Activités, when an activity with the status Option or Supplémentaire gets the status Confirmé and therefore enters the view ''Représentations confirmées'', create a list of subtasks to complete in the table To Do's (which would be determined by the type of task that appears in the Tâches table).
