Dear all, when I prepare the message of a mail to be sent in an automation, some field (eg.: coming from a column with formula (concatenate)) are different from the original.

In particulare the character "_" is lost and even "\\" is changed to "\".

Less important: also some emojis are changed.

Could you help me to fix the issue?

Ah, seems likely it's being recognized as markdown.  "_" is used to indicate italics, for example, and "\" is used to escape markdown formatting
