Hey everyone!
I need some assistance. We have automations linked from an external scheduling website Calendly. When a record is created there it updates on Airtable and assigns a person to interview them. Here is what I need to do:
When that record is created it makes a new table for me with all the information and interviewer
In that table I need to update or create a new list that links that interviewer ( we have 3 separate ones) to a public name so first and last names are not listed in an email automation
I can not for the life of me figure out how to get it to automatically find the interviewers record and create a field with just their first name so I can link THAT in an email.
Any help would be awesome. Thank you!
