I want to use airtable to build the application form that people submit and goes directly into my base when applying for a job. This particular job has 100 questions, and we're expecting a relatively high number of submission. The application form itself has conditional formating "like if YES to question 17, then there's a 5 more questions on that for you". The questions are sometimes drop down, single line text, long text, multiple select, and single select. How is the best way to do this? The reason I'm thinking of using airtable is because I want to filter responses as much as possible.

Using Airtable to deal with the data sounds like a good idea, but I'd suggest using an app specifically built for dealing with forms to handle the submissions.  Look into stuff like Fillout.com (https://www.fillout.com/) or JotForm (https://www.jotform.com/), both of which offer direct integrations to Airtable

It sounds like the forms are going to be pretty complex, so I figure it's better for you to have too much functionality that you potentially can't use, rather than building the form in Airtable, realizing you need some functionality they don't provide, and then having to restart somewhere else, you know what I mean?
