Hi, I am new to Airtable. Just learning to use the calendar view. Instead of being able to view the contents of relevant records in the calendar, I can only see the numbers of relevant records in the calendar and I need to click each date to see the details of the records.

How should I set up to view the details directly in the calendar?

Hello @kenh

Due to screen size limitations, calendar dates with multiple entries will sometimes get truncated. Have you tried using the Weekly or Daily views? That would allow more of the records to be displayed at once. However, you'll still need to click on the records themselves to view the details.

Interfaces allow you to create pages where you can display both the calendar and the record details at once, so that's an avenue you can explore too. But if you're newer to Airtable it might take you a little bit of time to feel comfortable building interfaces.
