Typeform Extension not working

I first started by using the org chart base template offered by Airtable to add my employee roster details and it spit out a beautiful org chart (parent relationship being manager to subordinate) - no complaints there.

However, I now want to take this to the next level.
I create a new tab on this base, where I listed events. On this tab, I linked employee names to specific events.

I now want a separate org chart extension to populate with specifically the events they are assigned to. Parent relationship being Employee to Show Name.

When I tried this myself, nothing populated. What am I doing wrong?

Is anyone able to hop on a zoom with me and help me out?
