Hi

I have a field “employee” where I have enabled multiple records. I have made a form where it now is possible to add more than one employee. Is it possible to change the behavior, so that instead of creating a single record with lets say three employees in “employee”, three identical records with different employees is created ?

Welcome to the community, @Lars_Brandi_Jensen! :grinning_face_with_big_eyes:

Can you elaborate on that? Is this a linked record pointing to a different table, and you’re allowing linking to multiple records? Is this a multiple-select field? Is it a plain text field? It sounds like the latter, which is why I’m confused. If you could include a screenshot or two of your table and form setups, that would be very helpful.

To answer your final question, forms only create single records. However, it might be possible to create an automation that recognizes when multiple employees are being added and create separate records for them, but without knowing the details of your setup, it’s hard to say.
