Timeline: 24-hour time format?

Hello,
Is there a way to change the time format from a 12-hour to a 24-hour time format for the timeline view (as well as the interface element)?
The calendar view seems to do it automatically, however, I can't find a setting or any info on the support pages.
The columns are formatted as 24 hr.

Weird, the timeline view labels seem to adhere to the time formats set for each field for me.  I think I may be misunderstanding you though?

The timeline reads 1 AM, 2 AM etc when I want it to read 01:00, 02:00.

If I compare with the calendar view in the same table I get the correct format:
