Not sure exactly what you are doing, but this should work.

({Processos ambientais quantidade - Calibrado} * 0.4)

+ ({Processos Ambientais Valor - Calibrado} * 0.4)

+ ({Registro de ocorrências - calibrado} * 0.2)
