No, but you can do this with the interfaces provided by Noloco.
Alternatively, if you want to keep your interfaces entirely with Airtable, then you can give your users a button to open a cloud drive and drop their CSV files there.
Then, you would use Make’s CSV tools to import that data into Airtable and optionally delete the CSV file after the import is complete.
