Interface: Allow Commenters to Upload Photos

I am working on an interface for my installers to use in the field. I'd like to add a way for the installer to upload photos. The twist is that I'd like to only have my installers on as commenters, not editors. Is there a way I can set a button to allow the installers to upload a photo to the record?

Will a form work for you? You can easily create a form which adds records to the table and include a photo. You can distribute the link to the form to your installers.

I dont think that would work. I would need them to upload photos to the existing records.

Do you need them to upload multiple photos to existing records? And do they need to search for a records to be able to upload to it?
