Utilization tool for individual team members Vs. team

Hi all,

The Utilization function is pretty great for visualising workloads and capacity, but when adding in the 'Time Off' part of the tool, I'm struggling to get exactly what I'd like.

My Capacity planner is a timeline view of tasks grouped by team with all team members' capacity rolled up to the team level. This is great as I can see an entire Team's capacity when adding in new jobs.  However when I assign time off into the 'Account for time off' section it just blocks out the entire team as PTO for those dates on the planner. I don't think it can just subtract member X's time off from the total team capacity. 

Does the Account for time off functionality only really work when you are viewing capacity at the Team member level?

Any ideas much appreciated!
