Cool solution! There's huge community demand for the general functionality of selecting multiple records on timeline / gantt views to be able to move entire projects or sections of.
100% agree with this - It'd be a game changer. The only way to currently do this is use Date Dependancies, meaning tasks / records are linked together by date, and so by dragging on record along, the others that follow or precede that record in time ...
