Airtable Assistant: Now available [beta]

What is Airtable Assistant?

Airtable Assistant helps every Airtable user accelerate app creation and discover breakthrough insights. Assistant has context about your business from the data in your Airtable app, so you can talk to it the same way you would an expert Airtable builder or a colleague who knows your domain. Just ask.

Cobuilding for faster app development:

• Build apps quickly with simple natural language prompts - no pointing and clicking required
• Add new fields (including AI fields!), automations, and interfaces just by asking
• Continue to iterate and refine your apps through conversation
• Maintain full visibility and control over what the assistant is doing

Insights for strategic decision-making:

• Ask pointed questions about your business in natural language
• Watch the assistant analyze large volumes of records and data to find answers
• Get comprehensive, real-time answers about your campaigns, product launches, customer conversations and more
• Make faster, better decisions with AI-powered analysis

How to use Airtable Assistant

• If you have Airtable AI turned on within your workspace, you’ll see the new Airtable Assistant experience within your apps as it rolls out over the next week. 
• If you’re an Enterprise customer and don’t have AI turned on, contact your admin or Airtable representative. 

Pricing and availability

Airtable Assistant is available in beta as part of Airtable AI across all paid Airtable plans, from Teams to Enterprise Scale. Assistant consumes 10 credits per message. Learn more about AI pricing here. 

How does Airtable Assistant compare to Cobuilder?

What else is new with Airtable AI? 

In addition to Airtable Assistant, we’re also leveling up two more AI capabilities today that Assistant can help you add to your bases:

• Verify information with in-line citations to verify accuracy
• New Google Drive integration for seamless document access
