Project Overview:

We’re Content Drip LLC, a video content company that helps realtors stay top of mind with personalized, done-for-you scripts and video coaching. We’re looking to build a streamlined client-facing platform where real estate professionals can log in, view pre-created content scripts, and select which ones they want to shoot with their coach.

Our AI agent generates new scripts daily, and we need the platform to automatically add this content into the system as it’s created, ensuring the content library stays up-to-date.

We envision Airtable (or a hybrid solution) as the backend, with a user-friendly client dashboard for seamless content browsing and selection.

Project Goals:

  1. Client Portal: A clean, user-friendly portal where clients can:

    • Log in securely.
    • Browse categorized content scripts (e.g., video scripts, email copy).
    • Select scripts to shoot with their coach.
    • Favorite scripts or leave comments for customization.
  2. Content Library: Automate organization of new AI-generated scripts into dynamic views like:

    • New Releases (daily updates).
    • Trending Content.
    • Categories: National Trends, Hyperlocal Topics, Market Updates, Tips & Tricks.
  3. AI Integration: Ensure the platform seamlessly connects with our AI agent, automatically uploading new content into the library as it’s created.

  4. Coach Dashboard: Enable coaches to view:

    • Each client’s selected scripts.
    • Notes or comments clients leave on scripts.
    • Real-time updates of client activity.
  5. Admin Controls: Allow us (Content Drip team) to:

    • Easily manage content uploads, categorization, and tagging.
    • Oversee user accounts.
  6. Scalable Automation: Streamline processes for content updates, tagging, and notifications using Airtable workflows or integrations.

Key Features:

  • Daily Content Upload: Automate the addition of AI-generated scripts into the platform.
  • User Authentication: Unique logins for clients and coaches.
  • Dynamic Script Views: Organize scripts by tags, dates, categories, and “trending” activity.
  • Client Interactions: “Select,” “Favorite,” and “Comment” options for scripts.
  • Coach Prep View: Coaches can track which scripts each client selects.
  • Integrations: Connect Airtable with our AI agent and external tools like Zapier, Google Drive, or front-end tools (Softr, Noloco, Stacker) for a polished interface.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience building Airtable-based systems and automations.
  • Strong skills in Airtable integrations with third-party tools like Zapier, Softr, or Noloco.
  • Experience automating content uploads into Airtable (from AI or other systems).
  • Ability to design clean, intuitive interfaces for end-users.
  • Familiarity with workflows for daily content delivery, dashboards, and SaaS platforms.

Project Timeline:

We’re looking for an MVP in 4-6 weeks, with ongoing updates as the platform grows.

How to Apply:

If you’re interested, please share:

  1. Examples of Airtable projects, especially involving automation or client portals.
  2. Your approach to integrating new content daily from our AI agent.
  3. Timeline and estimated budget.

Bonus: Let us know if you’ve worked on similar content delivery or AI-integrated systems before!

I'd be happy to help with this!  That timeline sounds challenging but should be doable

I'm pretty active on the forums so you can get a grasp of how I work from my activity here as well as some reviews, and I've got a bunch of example projects that you can find here!

I've worked with the popular third party ones (Softr, Make, Zapier, Fillout, Bubble etc) and can pick up whatever you need.

re: Examples of Airtable projects, especially involving automation or client portals.

1. System that runs every hour and scrapes a web page, compiles the data and then feeds it into Airtable.  There's then another automation that triggers and sends me alerts via a Telegram bot
  - Tools used: Airtable automations to trigger, scripting, Vercel

2. Webhook based automations that feed data into Airtable from QB (the accounting software; the full name is censored on the forums!), Shopify, shipping services etc so that we can keep track of data from those services and link them together within Airtable
  - Tools used: Make, Zapier, various third party data sources

3. Automations sending data out to trigger:
  - Creation of invoices in QB, shipments
  - Generation of charts (charts in Airtable are fairly limited, so we used quickchart to create custom charts and pull them back into Airtable)
  - Watermarking and compression of images via Cloudinary

4. Lots of native Airtable automations.  Some examples of stuff I've just worked on in the past day or two would be:
  - Create a form system for drivers to submit vehicle pre-start checks which in turn trigger the creation of repair work order records
  - Create a system to calculate the average operating hours of a vehicle to estimate when the next scheduled maintenance would be, with the maintenance event linked to parts requirements
  - Notification systems for when various fields are updated, with notification sent to user's email

For client facing portals, I've worked with Softr, Stackr and Bubble!  Softr was used for external client facing projects, while Bubble and Stackr were for internal use

re: Your approach to integrating new content daily from our AI agent.

Hmm this really depends on how you're generating the stuff?  If the service you're using has an integration with Make / Zapier or something I'd recommend handling it there so that you could maintain it yourself.  If not I can write scripts to get us going to pull from your service on a schedule?  Really depends on the service you're using though

If you think I could help, here's a link to schedule a free half hour call to see if we're a good fit, and I've also sent over a DM to apply!

Best of luck either way!

Hey @Contentdrip

Before you decide to use Airtable for this saas product, I would recommend doing an estimation of the usage and the data load. You need enough space for user data and script data.

In your case, you need one centralized system to work as a database, the frontend software, and an automation tool like Zapier or Make to build the integrations with all the 3rd party services like AI Agent. At this point, I would recommend you have a review on Zapier Connect, which is a product that I think could be a great fit for your needs.

We could build this app in one or two weeks by scheduling a co-building session where you will see me live building your system step by step. This speeds up the delivery process since, at every step, we will be on the call making decisions. This process helps to deliver your product in a few days instead of weeks because we don't have to talk on emails with questions and so on. We build live, and you know exactly how the system is built.

Happy to have a 30-minute conversation with no commitment to talk about your project's structure and share my advice to get started. This is my calendar link: https://cal.com/dimitrisgoudis/meet-dimitris

Thanks

Yours sincerely,
Dimitris Goudis (founder 3Nuggets)

Hi, @Contentdrip:

I'd be happy to help with your project. I find the best way to get started is with a free 30-minute meeting where we meet, discuss the project & can even begin outlining the approach to the project. You can schedule that with me here

Regarding your questions, just a few examples of past projects include:

  • Content creation & management system for SEO marketing agency with Softr portal for their clients, editors & authors
  • Employee engagement system with employee Softr portal for employees to request feedback, submit feedback, access the resource library, trainings and content shared by company leadership
  • Insurance agency CRM and policy management system with portal for clients to login and submit claims and manage policy.

I can suggest an approach for integrating data from your AI agent if you'd share a bit more about what tool you. used to create your AI agent.

My timeline would probably be in the 5-6 week range and I'd be happy to provide an estimated price once I have a better understanding of what you already have in place and more details about your AI agent.

Best of luck!

Leslie

Hey Leslie!

Thank you for getting back to me.  I'd love to hop on a call with you sooner rather than later as making a decision on who to go with to hit our timelines is going to take place ASAP.  I'll give you an idea of what we do as a business and our need for this service... I think the post may have made it a little more robust than it is.

We are a video content company that creates short form videos for realtors and lenders to stay top of mind.  We create the content in script form, coach them on delivery with video and edit the video for them.  We have been working on a ai bot/agent to create content based off trending topics that fit the clients voice/tone and delivery.  These scripts are being sent to us in real time as the content is published but its going to a google drive.  We would like to have a platform created that the client can access, pick their content prior to the coaching call and move on.  The vision for the platform is simple login capabilities and once they are in they have 3 -4 buttons to click on that allow them to choose the type of content.  Example... one button could be national real estate content. Another could be mortgage related content or home design content.  They would click on the button of choice and simply pick which script and tone they want and "add it to their cart" (like as if they were buying off Amazon.com).  Once they have chosen the 12 scripts they need to "Check out". they simply hit the checkout button and the content / scripts get sent to us so we can prep for the coaching call.  Simple and clean.  Login, pick the content, check out - done.  These scripts will be delivered to the portal and updated in real time from the bot we've created so that will need to be something that works smooth and we can connect you with our developers for that.  The design needs to be attractive, eye catching, and gives the sense of "that's it".
