I recently came across airtable and believe that it is the perfect tool to use to build a request management system for my office. The database would be used by out concierge team members to see all incoming requests. Request forms would include event meetings, badge requests, restaurant bookings, same day requests, lost and found, car service and so on. We would also like to build reports and understand all incoming request better.
I was also wondering if it’s possible to somehow send notifications and meeting invites to an outlook calendar.
