NEED A FINANCE / CLIENT TRACKER WORKSPACE BASE BUILT

hello

I want to create a base where I can track all clients / income / expenses / cash / sales and view these on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
I also want to be able to see the profit after tax and basically full oversight of everything

I want to automate as much of this as possible with Dubsado so can anyone help?
I feel like this is quite complex so let me know!

I have an excel document to share for the income/expenses section which I basically just need duplicated

Dubsado appears to have a Zapier integration, so automating stuff between Dubsado and Airtable should be relatively straightforward!  https://help.dubsado.com/en/articles/909872-connecting-with-zapier

The system you need is like your company's ERP. Don't you need also the forecasting feature? This would be beneficial for you in order to manage the "future" today.

Since  

Something you have to take into account is how many users will have access to your system and if your clients will have access or only notifications from this system. 

Regarding the connection with Dubsado you need to clarify the following:
- What type of data sync do you really need? 1 way or 2 way? 
- Which information do you need to send from one system to another? 

The importance of this connection is the automation to take care of the data match!

I think your project sounds like a fairly straight-forward one. Dubsado does not have a public API, so Zapier would be your way to go. I've setup many similar integrations for clients and am happy to connect you with existing clients as references.
