I am not sure what is the best approach to this. I have a single Network chipset card with 40G speed total.

With this controller:

We have 2x SFP  which are 10G each and it has a unique Device ID

We also have 2x RJ45 which are 10G each and it has also its own Device ID

For clarity purposes, this is how I use to track it (items marked in red are unique) it: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1K7YCYDiabyWvc_EJ9XSEnqFzSunNUOWE/view?usp=sharing

I have tried to do the same in Airtable, but I can ONLY select x710-TM4, Carlsville 1 time. It seems it filters this out by default from the list. I have the option to select other chipsets from the list, but cannot select the same one.

What is the best way to approach this? I need to be able to tell that the card with this chipset has 2x SFP+ port and DID for it is 104E. Also it has 2x RJ45 and the DID for that is 15FF
