Hello All,
I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue.
We needed to connect a team member to our base and sent an invite directly to their email. After some time, their invite still appeared as pending. After confirming with them that they have connected to the base we kept checking the base and eventually they appeared as connected and for about a week and a half prior.
This caused some confusion in our team. I have been using the MAC app, is this a bug or is there something I can do to prevent this in the future?
