Airtable Support not responding

We have been using the free version of Airtable for awhile and wanted to upgrade our account to paid to allow for more boards. The creator of the account is no longer with our organization and we don't have access to that email address. So when we "request an upgrade" it goes nowhere and we are stuck.

I have emailed support numerous times, emailed Sales numerous times and I am not getting any response. 

If Airtable only responds to accounts that pay - how can customers who don't pay right now upgrade? We are in an endless loop of having no answers.

To which plan would you like to upgrade?

Perhaps you could try creating a new workspace and moving your existing bases to that new workspace?  You'd then have owner permissions and could upgrade the plan yourself

This might be an issue if you've got some third party tools set up (e.g. Make), but your base URL and form URLs etc should all stay the same
