Automations failled, maybe the type of field?

Hello,
I’d like to automation one field ( Créateur) with another field (CA). You can see in the picture . For the moment, I must enter “Créateurs” and “CA” two times in oder to complete another table “CA” .
I’ve try to make automation but I’m not fix it . When I make automation, Airtable don’t show me the possibility to imput “Créateurs” in the table. I’m asking to myself if this field type, in this case, single select, can be the problem ?

If I understand you correctly, you want the {CA} field to stay synced with changes that you make manually to the {Créateur} field. Is that correct?

If so, my first question is this: why not just change the {CA} field directly and remove the {Créateur} field? What benefit are you gaining by having two fields containing the same data?
