Blocks: Increase image size within a table in page designer?

I need to invoice/quote customers with layouts that include both text and images. I’m trying to increase the image size of a record but can’t seem to do so. Is there a workaround?

Can you provide more details about the images you mention? Are they images in an attachment field, or manually added to your Page Designer layout?
