Unfortunately, when you sync to an external calendar, Airtable only sends the primary field name of the event (along with the start time & end time). Airtable is very underpowered in these regards. I would highly recommend emailing support@airtable.com to ask them to improve this feature.
For anything more complex than that, you would need to custom-build your own syncing workflow. You could do this by writing your own custom JavaScripts, or you could do it in a no-code/low-code way with an external automation platform like Integromat.
