Hello Airtable Geniuses:
I own a custom window covering business and am trying to create a customer questionaire that can be imbedded onto our website or emailed to a customer. I'd like for the customer to start by entering their contact info, and then add ROOM NAME, and then under each ROOM be able to add several WINDOWS. For each WINDOW they would then be able to choose from drop-down lists for several items (ie size, colour, oerating system etc).
Is this possible to do using Airtable and Forms, and if so does anyone have a sample template they could share? Or point me in the direction of a youtube video?

You can’t do that with Airtable’s forms, but you can do that with Fillout’s advanced forms for Airtable.
Note that your base will need to be structured properly for this… you will need to have your main “customer questionnaire” table, which will be linked to your table for “rooms”, which would be linked to your table for “windows”. (You’ll need to use linked record fields for your linking.)
Then, Fillout will allow your customer to add or edit linked records at each level.
Hope this helps! If you’d like to hire an expert Airtable consultant to help you with anything Airtable-related, please feel free to contact me through my website: Airtable consultant — ScottWorld
