Display Images on Forms

We have a form for customers to select components for an assembly. As is, the form just shows the description of each component. It would be ideal to show the customer an image of the component (which we already have stored in the table) to help them visualize what each piece looks like. Has anyone found a way to do this?

This can’t be done with Airtable’s native forms, but could be achieved using Jotform and the On2Air: Forms product from @openside.
