Embedded form - long load time

Our website developer has alerted us to the fact that the Airtable form embedded on our Contact page is taking very long to load and that the Contact page has a very high bounce rate, unsurprisingly.

Is there anything that can be done to make the form load faster? The problem seems to be the Airtable script.
