Exporting Mp4 videos / images from Airtable

Hi! A company I work with shared an airtable link with content (mp4 videos/ photos). I need to download these images and videos. I cannot find any type of download icon or button to click on the videos or photos on the airtable document.

Welcome to the community, @Genevieve_Barlow! :grinning_face_with_big_eyes: The ability to download files is set by the user who shared the view with you. If you don’t see a blue “Download” button in the lower-right corner when viewing a single attachment, that means that the user has not enabled downloads. If you’re in contact with the user, reach out to them and ask if they’re willing to change this setting to allow files to be downloaded.
