Hey everyone I have a problem that I am not sure is solvable.
My base is set up to track my teams High Level Goals then the Projects Associated with those and the deliverables that make up those projects.
I have a form that my team fills out weekly to give me their project status updates. I then rollup those updates to the Goal so I can see how each project is progressing in one view.
The issue I am having is that while most projects progress with updates each week I also have ones that may have the same status for a few weeks where a new submission won’t be added.
How do I do one of the following:

Make the roll up point to a view that only takes the most recent update in each project even if it is old.

Make a view on the table that copies the previous update into a new entry if nothing is submitted so I can have a view that filters by the date they are required to be submitted and use that for my roll up.
