Here are my criteria:

  • Display a limited # of events (10, for example) to website viewers, using the “Embed this view on your site” functionality.
  • The list must be dynamic and not static. To that end, the Airtable view I created makes it easy to filter out expired events and sort by end time in ascending order.

Note: I’ve tried the records list app, and it’s so close, but the app gives users access to the entire base…which defeats the purpose.

Anyone?

Thanks!

Welcome to the Airtable community.

You cannot limit a view to a maximum number of records.

One workaround is to use an automation script to set a checkbox for only the first several records in a view, and then create a new view that filters for the checkbox.
