My accounts departement need to understand how the billing works exactly in order to renew our subscription.
Is the subscription renewed automatically ? Because we went from an Enterprise Scale subscription to a free one. It seems like in March 2024, we switched automatically from our Enterprise Scale subscription to a free one. We hadn't reach the date of renewal at the time (May 2024).
What does the quantity refers to ? As you will see in my attachments below, I have a quantity of 3 for May 2023-May 2024 then a quantity of 4 for March-May 2024.
Could someone please help me ?
