I'm a paid user, with no paid options

Ok so this is a weird one, about three days ago, I paid to upgrade to teams on my airtable account. I have a $0 balance invoice and the money was charged to the card. 


Today, I've logged in and my account still appears as a free user? I don't understand why this is happening and am wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue?

Thanks for reaching out about this! Note that plans are per workspace, not per account, so any paid features you want to use will only be available in your paid workspace.
