I need to have same sent of status options that I would like to share among varoius tables

Every day I keep coming up with new label names for my tables but i want to keep the names
consistent across all tables.

What is the simplest way to achieve this ?

Also, I am willing to do manual work if that’s what it would take.
I wanna know the ideas.
