Hi everyone,
I have a user who downloaded the .dmg from Airtable, but when trying to open nothing happens. the machine meets the system requirements, but the user is unable to even launch t to start the installation. Any ideas?

Ensure the .dmg file was downloaded completely and isn't corrupted.
Try downloading the file again from the official Airtable website.
2. Check Gatekeeper Settings
Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General.
If there's a message saying the app was blocked because it wasn't from an identified developer, click Open Anyway.
Ensure Allow apps downloaded from: App Store and identified developers is selected.
3. Inspect Console Logs
Open the Console app from Applications > Utilities.
Look for any errors or logs related to the .dmg file when trying to open it. This can give clues about the issue.
4. Manually Mount the DMG
Open Disk Utility (Applications > Utilities).
Drag the .dmg file into Disk Utility's window.
Try mounting it manually by selecting the .dmg in the list and clicking Mount.
5. Ensure System Compatibility
Double-check system requirements against the macOS version. Even if it appears to meet the requirements, slight variations can sometimes cause issues.

Thank you! user didn't want to try this though and had been in touch with Airtable support who said it might be a problem on their end.
