I mean… you upload them and start filtering, that’s what a relational database is for, no?. If you’re looking for something with custom scripting capabilities to facilitate input, then you’d probably be better off learning a bit of code yourself. I might be fundamentally misunderstanding what exactly do you mean by a “template”, though? How would you define an organized batch of photos compared to what you currently have? There’s a Google Vision app for image classification that you can pick up from the marketplace and use for a long time to come without going over any one of Google’s data allowance thresholds.
