Printing (to PDF) Weekly Calendar View

Is there any way that I can print (to PDF) my fully weekly calendar view on one page? I’ve tried just doing File-Print, then landscape mode and shrinking to fit to one page, but it only shows me four days out of seven. What I’m trying to achieve is that I have been speaking with AT about getting at least a read-only Calendar week view in the iOS app, but until that happens, I’d like to have a PDF that I could then add to my digital planner and mark up by hand and consult when I’m on my iPad (desktop mode on iPad is clunky).

The workaround for printing calendars is to share an iCal subscription link from your calendar view, and then subscribe to that subscription link from another calendar program that has excellent printing options, such as BusyCal on Mac (or Google Calendar or whatever calendar app you prefer to use).

So basically, the workaround for this is to subscribe to your Airtable calendar from another calendar app, and then print from there.

Printing a weekly calendar view to PDF can be tricky if it doesn't fit on one page. If you're struggling with this, you might want to try using an external calendar app that handles printing better, like BusyCal.
