Request missing information

I’ve made a airtable form and received quite some data already (incl email). I realised I forgot to ask the date of birth. Is there a way to send many people individual emails to request them to send it back and it auto fills the DOB field?

Airtable forms only create new records, which is why these workaround are necessary.
