Does anyone know if I upgrade my account to be able to use blocks and the SendSMS block specifically, how much will Twilio cost in addition to get an API?

Yep - it works well with your stored phone numbers in Airtable. Set up is simple.
It’s $0.0075 to send or receive a message using the pay as you go plan.
