Hi
So i just invited a user with a view license so they could complete a form (locked to our domain). This user was able to create their own workspace, and in the process upgraded themselves to editor.
How do i stop this from happening? I'm about to invite 300 people to be able to submit a form for a project, and really don't want them to be able to upgrade themselves to editor and blow my license count.
Cheers

Airtable users aren't allowed to upgrade themselves beyond the permissions they were invited with, so if they now have editor access, it's because somebody gave it to them.
Every Airtable user is given a personal workspace when invited to Airtable, but it's only on a free plan license, so if they're working within that workspace, it wouldn't be billable to you.
